Ang Tatay ng scholars

Para kay Ross, Superman ang tatay niya. Bagaman may kapansanan, naging matatag ang tatay niya at naging mabuting ama ito sa kaniya. Kung kay Sen, playful ang tatay niya, kay Iñaki naman, tigas ang father niya. Para sa iba ninyo pang favorite scholars, sino o ano kaya ang tatay nila para sa kanila?
Ang Tatay Kong…
Dahil Father’s Day ngayon, siyempre may activity na devoted para sa ama ng scholars. Activity nila ay kumpletuhin ang sentence na ”Ang Tatay Kong…” at gumawa ng t-shirt alang-alang sa kanilang mga ama. Ito na ang pagkakataon para maipakilala ng scholars ang kanilang daddy’s sa buong mundo. Naging emosyonal si Christian dahil mukhang may mga unsettled issues siya sa kaniyang ama.
Yung iba kaya, paano nila ipapakilala ang daddy’s nila? Abangan…
The Hansen and Bugoy duet
Mukhang close na ang Farmer’s Son at Cancer Survivor at bonding sila sa kantahan. Church song ang kinanta ni Bugoy at share pa niya kay Sen na nagcompose siya ng kanta para sa Diyos. Buti na lang ngayon maibabahagi na niya ito sa buong mundo at hindi na lang mga kalabaw at palayan ang makakarinig ng boses niya. At may bonus pa, duet pa sila ni Sen! Kamusta naman ang bonggang bonggang concert ng dalawa!

Matapos ang isang hearty breakfast, bonding ang scholars sa living room. At itong si Ross, hindi lang pala singer kundi joker rin pala! Tanong niya sa fellow scholars kung ano daw ang prutas na nagtatapos sa letter “K”. Hula ni Christian na sampalok. But no! Ang tamang sagot pala ay, manggang bulok, o saging na bulok. Ayan naman Ross!

Gising na gising na ang mga scholars at kahit na hindi pa nagvovocalize, todo birit na agad sila! Habang nageexercise si Cristina, talaga namang nagpakitang gilas ito sa pagkanta. Ganun rin naman si ang Small Boy Wonder na si Christian nag ala Mariah Carey sa taas ng mga nota na abot na abot ng boses niya. Walang duda na masisipag at magagaling ang batch na ito.

Of course, upon hearing of the penalty, the team kept quiet, up until Iñaki raised his hand with great bravery. He stood up, ready to take one for his team. Sir Monet started the count down. A go signal from him will indicate Iñaki’s cue to finally pull off his robe and reveal his totally naked body. Upon his go signal, Iñaki started to take his clothing off wholeheartedly, but before he even exposed some flesh, Teacher Monet already halted him. It was only a test – a test that Iñaki unquestionably passed. This also gained him ample respect from his co-Scholars, and even from Teacher Monet himself. There is only a day left before the Scholars’ Gala Night, and they are doing the best they can to prepare for it. For starter, Teacher Monet asked the scholars to dry run their Gala Night songs. And as the scholars performed their pieces one by one, of course, Teacher Monet pin pointed the areas where they could still improve on. Aside from that, he also gave additional tips to make their performances tomorrow a blast. And with Teacher Monet’s motivation, Bugoy couldn’t help but get emotional. The Another part of their preparation was their discipline in maintaining a silent mode. According to Headmaster Ryan Cayabyab, this would be a form of exercise to preserve their voices until Saturday. The said silence didn’t stop the happy married couple from celebrating their 5th wedding anniversary. Early that morning, Bunny prepared breakfast for Chivas. Much for the couple’s surprise, an unexpected visitor, their son Jether Irv, dropped by the Academy to greet them.

As Teacher Monet reiterated before they started the “Name that Tune” game, the losing team of the round would have to face a big consequence. The said consequence required one member of the losing team. The task: to run around the academy naked. 
Surprises for Chivas were definitely overwhelming, but sadly, not all of it turned out to be a good one. Early this morning, Chivas had an attack of hyperventilation, and he is currently recovering in a hospital.
