It was only yesterday when husband and wife Scholars, Chivas and Bunny, celebrated their 5^th wedding anniversary. The two were pretty much overjoyed as their teammates (Pupilars), together with Teacher Monet, greeted them with a great surprise in line with the celebration of the their most important day.

Ironically, the wonderful event they had yesterday was exchanged by quite a heartbreaking incident this morning. Chivas experienced an unexpected attack of hyperventilation. Medics immediately responded to bring the said Scholar to the hospital. Bunny, without any hesitation, also went to the hospital with her partner.

Surprisingly, Bunny took the situation calmly. According to her, attacks as such don’t seem to come as a surprise to her anymore. She also added that even before they entered the Academy, her husband gets the unexpected attacks pretty often, so she was quite confident that despite what happened a little earlier, her husband will soon be fine.

As of the moment, Chivas is still under medical observation. Though Bunny already returned in the Academy, there are still no definite answers when her husband could possibly join them.

Director of Pinoy Dream Academy Season 2, Direk Lauren Dyogi gave out a statement regarding the issue. According to him, the decision on the married couple’s stay inside the Academy will primarily rely on them. He added that in case the two decide to voluntary leave the Academy, he will definitely respect it.

But aside from their personal decision, another factor Direk Dyogi has to consider will be the true condition of the Scholar. He said that if his condition deprives him of the ability to continue inside the Academy, he can not do anything about it.

Chivas’ medical condition was actually known to most of his co-Scholars, since he already opened it up during one of his discussions with some of them. He openly shared that the said condition was one of the main reasons why he had to stop schooling several times before.

Today’s recess game on Uberture transformed the orgs into a xylophone with each scholar assigned a note on the scale. When Teacher Monet taps their head, they have to sing out the note. The game doesn’t end in remembering the note however for they still have to guess what song Teacher Monet would be playing.

One Voice sat on the chairs first and prepared themselves for their song. After listening to their voices several times, Iñaki answered “Mary Had a Little Lamb”. Unfortunately, it was the wrong song with “Bahay Kubo” being the correct answer. The Pupilars were able to guess their first two songs, taking the lead in the game with two points. Will One Voice be able to catch up and suspend the winning streak of the Pupilars?

Sablay or Approve is the category of today’s countdown. Fifth place was the sablay experience of Sen and Cris who got locked inside the supply room. The two were desperate to go to the restroom but couldn’t do so. Teacher Monet rescued the two but after 30 whole minutes which seemed like forever for them.

Top Four was the Okrays and Okays the scholars received from Direk Joey in their Media Performance class. Iñaki and Sen forgot the lyrics of the song while Miguel, Liezel and Laarni perfected theirs and were applauded by the director. For the next batch of singers, Bea got a thumbs-down for her performance while Cris and Sheng nailed the lyrics and earned praises from Direk Joey.

Top Three was Mr. C’s first class with the scholars. The dreamers had to sing different versions of “Bahay Kubo” to know whether their voices had versatility. Van was asked to make a throaty rendition of the song while Chivas, Laarni and Sheng had to make theirs airy. Apple, Miguel and Bugoy were the last batch to sing nasally.

Top Two was an “emotional” session with Teacher Monet. The scholars had to draw from their experiences in order to sing their number with feelings. Laarni received negative feedback as the Voice Mentor called her an apparition lady. Apparently, the Independent Woman couldn’t connect with her audience as she stared off into space while singing. Teacher Monet then had her sing the song again which she successfully did despite crying buckets.

Top One on the list is Iñaki volunteering to run around naked. As a consequence for losing yesterday’s game, One Voice had to have a member run naked. The Stage Performer readied himself and though Teacher Monet suggested that he could back out, he seemed decided to push through with it. At the count of 10, he would have to shed his bathrobe and run for it. Will Iñaki dare to continue with the consequence? How did the first session with Mr. C fair? Bea turned bitter towards her co-Scholar boyfriend, Miguel. She had accused him of flirting around with Apple. Inside one of their classes, Bea couldn’t help but notice the certain closeness between the two. Ironically, Miguel’s ex-girlfriend was also named Apple, thus, making Bea more furious. With too much emotion going through her head, Bea chose to stay inside their room during the break, alone.

Sadly, this tension between the two sweethearts manifested on their moods. Teacher Monet immediately noticed this on Bea, who was unlikely quiet during one of the activities. Basically, it was just a petty quarrel between two lovers. After some time, both had a chance to kiss and make up.

Unfortunately, Miguel wasn’t the only person that Bea had to deal with, there’s still an issue between her, Iñaki, and a Sinigang recipe. Iñaki was tasked to cook One Voice’s dinner that night. Sadly, Iñaki’s cooking didn’t suit Bea’s taste — and she wasn’t discreet about it. Iñaki obviously got offended, but after some time, he had calmed down and let the incident pass.

On the other hand, another couple inside the Academy had all the reasons to celebrate since it’s their 5^th wedding anniversary. Being aware of the special day, Teacher Monet gave Chivas a very interesting offer. In exchange of a victory in the game they were about to play, he would give the couple a private time to celebrate the most special day in their lives. But, if the Pupilars lose in the said activity, Chivas would be declined of his right to celebrate the special day with his wife.

Sadly, Pupilars lost, and Chivas was devastated. Luckily, it was just a prank that Teacher Monet played on them, because despite the team’s loss, the private time for the husband and wife was still granted — a candlelit dinner and a surprise song number from their teammates (since Bunny already transferred to team Pupilars) — to lighten up the evening .

Again, Teacher Monet gave out a discussion on the Scholars’ lack of discipline. Before, the Scholars already had a brief talk from Teacher Monet regarding respect and time management. Now, it has something to do with their irresponsible use of their voices.

More and more scholars in the Academy are getting sick, and as Teacher Monet pointed out, one of the possible reasons their health are threatened is their lack of discipline in taking care of themselves. He said that as time goes by, the Scholars are getting more and more stubborn towards their work. He even added that the Scholars seem to be forgetting the main reason why they are in the Academy, or worse, forgetting what they are supposed to do inside the Academy.

There are only two more days before the Gala Night, and based on his observations, all the Scholars are disappointingly unprepared. So, to finally stick the lesson inside their seemingly hard heads, he finally found a way to keep their mouths shut.

The other lecture that the Scholars had to hear was from their co-Scholars from One Voice org. It seemed as if the Academy has problems with housekeeping. The Scholars’ first ever task in the Academy dictated team One Voice’s role as the Academy’s working class. They were tasked to clean the Academy for the whole week, but nothing stated in the task prohibits them to complain from time to time.

For the past few days, One Voice did all the chores as they are supposed to. And as they did, they just couldn’t help but notice the lack of hygiene inside the Academy, which greatly affected them. To finally lay all these cards on the table, an emergency meeting was called immediately after dinner. Team One Voice finally voiced out their concerns, and asked for the Pupilars’ cooperation on the said matter.

On the brighter side, aside from sermons, the Academy was also bombarded by surprises within the span of the day. As for the first surprise, Bunny and Chivas received another gift for their wedding anniversary. It seemed as if the Dream-credible team wasn’t contented with their romantic candlelit dinner present for the couple.

For the other one, someone from One Voice org finally stood up for his team to finally face the consequence of his group’s defeat over Pupilars in the “Name that Sound” game. Who he is and what exactly he has to do is what you have to find out by staying tuned to Pinoy Dream Academy Season 2.

The Pupilars triumphed over One Voice in today’s recess game of guessing the played sound byte. In “Name that Sound”, the scholars would have to hula hoop while walking towards a chime marker. The first scholar to touch the chime with their hoops would have the chance to guess the sound.

Apple for One Voice and Liezel for the Pupilars were the first ones to take the challenge. Apple was faster than Liezel at making the chime tinkle so she had the privilege to answer first. Christian and Hansen were next and the Cancer Survivor was able to reach the chimes faster and answered, burp, which evened out the score for both teams. Bugoy slipped during his turn and this gave Laarni the advantage. Despite the spills, the Pupilars still managed to beat One Voice, 6-5. How will One Voice execute their punishment?

Love and Hate was the subject of the Top 5 Uber Da Tops today. No.5 on the list is Christian’s love of sunning and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The Small Boy Wonder basked in the sun while offering to demonstrate his martial arts moves on Van. However as much as he tried to lift Van, his fellow scholar wouldn’t budge.

Top Four is Direk Joey’s love and hate comments on the all boy group. During a session, the scholars had to memorize a song in 30 minutes and perform it in front of the class. The director was plainly impressed with Bugoy. To Ross, he called his performance a disaster while with Van he commented that he’d rather make love to a corpse. Jet, on the other hand, was too worried with the lyrics that he forgot the song’s melody.

Top Three is Iñaki’s disbelief on Bea’s crude remark on his sinigang specialty. Iñaki put in much effort in cooking dinner for One Voice but Bea tactlessly said she didn’t like it. Iñaki then went into his room to sulk but later played his guitar as a stress reliever.

Top Two is Chivas’ love for his wife, Bunny. Since the Pupilars lost, he couldn’t greet Bunny on the day of their anniversary. Chivas blamed himself for their team’s loss and locked himself up inside the bathroom to cry.

Top One is Bea’s growing jealousy towards Apple, who’s becoming quite close to her boyfriend Miguel. Migs seemed to into his conversation with Apple during a class that Bea felt neglected. Instead of confronting Miguel, she went to the girls’ bedroom and cried. Later on, she decided to talk to Miguel about it. Will the two be able to settle the misunderstanding? And would Chivas ignore the punishment of not greeting Bunny and push through with a celebration? All these and more on the primetime edition of PinoyDreamAcademy Season 2 tonight!
