A few days ago, Kuya asked the housemates to draw their ideal super heroes on paper. Everyone was pretty excited and took the task seriously except for Josef, who drew his character wearing high heels. The housemates thought this as just an exercise on creativity but much to their surprise this morning, the costumes of the heroes they drew were waiting for them in the storage room. The teens were then instructed that they will be playing a super hero game and must collect as many power balls in order to gain super hero points.

The teens all had to laugh at Josef, who struggled wearing his heels. The girls on the other hand, concentrated on putting on make-up and fixing their hair. Soon, the teens’ conversation led to taking about their super powers. Nan, who was to act as referee and judge for the game, said he wants to have the power of speed and began brandishing his weapon. Rona also began reviewing her mind power” while Valerie and Ejay rehearsed their superhero spiels. The Dazzling Doll revealed that she’s the savior of Mother Earth, with the mission to stop global warming while Ejay was to be the Pinoy super man. Will the housemates measure up to Kuya’s challenge? Who among them will be powerful enough to grab the power ball first?

Meanwhile, the girl housemates are acting all cheery and united again after their talk yesterday. But with Shy’s new task of annoying the lovable Nan from Davao, will another fight ensue between the girls again? The housemates were tasked to create their own super hero and their works ranged from the conventional to the totally outrageous. Ejay came up with his superhero Zooperman by combining his idols Superman and Zorro. Beauty grew fond of Kevin’s nickname for her and named her superhero Piggy. Josef was known for passing out gas and he constructively turned this into his own superhero, Super Utot. But this didn’t measure up to Alex’s superhero which broke the teens into peals of laughter. The Italian Valentino created a hero patterned after Kuya and named his character, Kuya Alex.

The Kuya Alex joke however didn’t end in the presentation of characters. The teens had to make a chant for their character and Alex had an ingenious spiel that went well with his superhero. He copied Kuya’s famous line "Housemates pumunta kayo sa confession room" and Kuya jokingly asked Alex if he was to be pleased or insulted.

With their costumes and spiels in hand, the teens are now all set for their ultimate task. Two teams, Super Housemates and Power Teens would have to go against each other and take a hold of the power ball. Whoever has the power ball would gain 10 super points. The teens could use their super powers such as "super suntok", "ukltra kisay", and "telekinesis" in order to defend their base and their ball. Whoever earns the most points would win the game. Which super team would emerge victorious?

On the other hand, Kuya switched Jayson Gainza and Joaqui Mendoza’s roles during their visit yesterday. Jayson played "kuya" for a while and even gave Joaqui a "mice surprise" but the ex-teen housemate had his revenge by putting the Season 1 housemate in an awkward situation with Alex. Jayson’s first assignment was to talk about Alex’s circumcision and give his insights on the task. Second assignment was to convince the Italian Valentino to show him the operated part. Will the Italian Valentino oblige and give in to his Kuya Jayson’s request?

Meanwhile, Shy has been given a new task and that is to hide a thing belonging to a certain housemate. Valerie, Nicole and Alex were among this afternoon’s poll choices and the people voted Nicole as Shy’s target. Will this further cause conflict between the two girls?
