The teens continue their tie-dyeing task until evening. So engrossed was Alex in finishing the task that he even chose to skip eating dinner with the rest of the housemates. Busy as they are, the task did not stop the teens from having a laugh. The Ejay-Valerie tandem was the focus of their attention, because Ejay still could not approach Valerie. Jieriel, seconded by Rona, kept teasing the Promdi Hottie. He had it all, they said, except he couldn’t get up the nerve to talk to his crush. Kuya joins in with the song “Ayoko ng Torpe”, which Jieriel continues a capella. No go for Ejay still, and the teasing increases especially when Valerie approaches him and he purposely walks away.

After they enjoy a quick dip in the pool, Alex and Kevin relax with their Filipino dictionaries, trying to add more Tagalog words to their vocabulary. Jieriel and Rona try to help them out as well, by asking the two boys to give English words they can translate. Rona even gives a quick grammar lesson on tenses. Later in the evening, the two girls had a minor disagreement, when Jieriel felt that Rona put the girls first before prayer time. It didn’t last long before they sorted it out, though. She was again in on the special kitchen goings-on with the rest of the girls. Soon, it was time to sleep, Kuya warned. But not all were in bed. The girls were fixing something in the kitchen, sneaking into the boys’ room once in a while. Josef and Kevin couldn’t sleep and spent time whispering in the dark, wondering what the girls were up to. The girls caught them awake, but Rona warned them not to go out and focus on getting some shut-eye.

Daddy Boy, Mommy Carina and Mommy My Love were tasked by Kuya to cook breakfast for the teens, but must not be seen by their children. Unfortunately, Rona woke up and, by the time they got to hide, she already saw them. The young lady however chose to go back to the bedroom instead, pretending to have seen nothing. The teens definitely enjoyed the breakfast and there were smiles on the faces of the guardians as they watched their kids wolfing down the great food.

After the belly-filling meal, though, things got a little dramatic in the house. Beauty was crying face-down on the bed, wanting to leave Kuya’s house. She began pulling clothes out of the closet when the other housemates came to the rescue. Beauty was worried about her mom, who was having aches and pains, an ailment from way back. She knew that if she left, her mom would go with her, and it took quite a lot of convincing from Jieriel and Josef to calm her down. Josef, who approached Kuya to ask about the health of Beauty’s mom, threatened to leave with her, effectively playing on Beauty’s concern for others. Asked for other reasons of her wanting to leave, Beauty said she missed her dad and that she felt alone. The Lasallite countered that, saying that the fact they were stopping her from leaving already proved the argument wrong. Jieriel plays tough, quite like the way Beauty was with her when she was the one contemplating an exit. The genuine concern of the two got to Beauty, and she decided to stick it out. Kevin, on the other hand, got Linda and Nikki riled up because of his habit of shouting at them. During Beauty’s crying moment in the girls’ room, Kevin shooed away the other girls, raising his voice and pointing them out the door. The two got so offended that they refused to talk to him.

Josef had some issues of his own as well. The joker of the group had sensitive feelings as well. He truly felt bad when Nikki laughed at him during his most recent task (the one about the mystery box), but the In-chick didn’t understand the gravity of the situation, being used to Josef’s dead-pan jokes. Beauty explained it to her and she immediately went out to talk to Josef by the pool. Josef explained that Nikki became irritable towards him, and she said it was probably a reaction to the girls teasing her to Josef. What made her cry, though, was when Josef shared that he felt comfortable with Nikki already, finding her easy to open up to. She felt really bad, which had Josef struggling to fix things. In a few moments, the guardians watching the exchange couldn’t help but smile and cheer at the kilig moment of the two.

Meanwhile, the second set of council members are sent to do a task: Alex will give flowers to his mom while Robi will give a rosary to his dad. Though not a new task to them, keeping things secret was even more difficult because Kuya gave the guardians a secret task too: to give presents to the teens in their rooms, undetected. This had both “teams” scurrying around, trying to avoid each other. Accident-prone Nan was excused from that task because of his injured eye which he got during one of their games.

The teen housemates know Linda not for being sweet and sensitive but rather for being outright harsh. This earned the Bikini Babe from Iriga 7 nomination points from her fellow housemates who feel she has an attitude problem. Her crude comments were plainly a turn off to the other teens and this gave them the impression that she’s indeed difficult to handle. Only when Linda chose to cry alone, refusing to show her emotions towards the other housemates, were people able to see a different side of this lass.

Linda revealed to Kuya that she’s missing her father a lot. For the first time during her stay in Kuya’s house, the tough girl broke down into tears as she recounted fond memories of her father. Linda even shared that when she was a kid, her father would often tuck her in and tickle her feet to put her to sleep. When her parents separated it was very difficult for her and her brother to live far away from their dad.

On Uber this afternoon, Linda’s father Daddy Hans was invited over to give a perspective of the Linda he knows. Linda’s parents were separated when she was young and this led her to build a tough exterior. She joined bikini contests in order to augment her family’s finances. Daddy Hans has not seen Linda in 3 years, 2 months and 27 days now for he is currently staying in Norway after a work related accident which left him with an injured back and neck. Although he is getting a meager stipend from the Norwegian government, Daddy Hans said he tries to help out Linda as much as he can and sends her money from time to time. He admits to having a good relationship with his daughter despite the turmoil the separation has caused. He knows Linda through and through and his daughter isn’t the tough girl other people see her to be. Daddy Hans knows her as a rather sweet, smart and sensitive girl.

Daddy Hans is celebrating his birthday today and Kuya plans to give the Backlunds a surprise! Daddy Hans would be spending the rest of the evening with Linda, giving father and daughter time to catch up with one another. Would a visit from her dad bring out Linda’s sensitive side? Ex-BBF Robi and Josef head this week’s task of producing 1000 tie-dyed shirts which will be sold for the benefit of a medical mission. The two boys prepared the materials needed for their task and set up two tables where they placed several pairs of rubber gloves. Several basins and a plastic bag full of shirts were also placed in the garden area. They then divided the remaining housemates into two groups and everyone was dead set in succeeding Big Brother’s third major task.

With no win and two losses, no one wanted another all-noodle week and the housemates did not mind working in the garden under the scorching heat the whole day. Kuya even had to remind them to put on some sun block. Josef’s group immediately took the lead but they produced faint colored shirts prompting the young man to spray paint their shirts with additional pink color. On the other hand, Robi’s team’s shirts had strong colors and dynamic designs but were way behind the quota for the day.

But before this tedious activity began this morning, Jieriel, who was washing dishes in the kitchen, placed Ejay on the spot by asking her fellow housemate about his biological dad. Jing thought that Ejay’s dad was Italian so the lad corrected her by saying his father is French. She continued to bombard the young man from Mindoro with questions about his parentage, even courageously asking if Ejay would go with his biological father should the man suddenly appear and offer him a new life. Ejay’s answer was a resounding “No!” and professed his loyalty and love to Daddy Erning.
