April Fool’s Day started as a day of enjoyment as the guardians enjoyed a soak in the Jacuzzi. The sounds of their laughter soon woke up the teens in the adjoining room.

As a prank, Linda pretended that dynamic trio Josef, Alex, and Kevin hurt her feelings and that she was "crying" under the covers. The three tried to comfort the Bikini babe who later burst out from under the covers, shouting, "April Fools!" It took a couple of seconds before the boys realized that they’d been had.

Meanwhile, Alex came out from the confession room and seated himself in front of the altar. He started sobbing and packing his things. Had homesickness set in for the Italian Valentino? Lucky for him that his Mommy Minda paid him a surprise visit later on, along Nicole’s mom Sandy. The housemates were clearly happy to get much-needed hugs from their moms. Mommy Minda and Mommy Sandy soon went into mother mode and helped clean up the house for them. They cheerfully washed dishes and gave the housemates housekeeping tips.

The teen housemates also got a taste of Mommy Minda’s surprise, "Pong Pong Galapong," before they slept. The girls were pretty reserved about it while the boys enjoyed Mommy’s "lambing." Josef liked it while Nan was so embarrassed that he pretended to sleep so Mommy Minda would move on to the next teen housemate. But Mommy Minda was insistent so aside from a shriek of protest, the Junior Kengkoy gave in to the persistent Mommy.

The guardians and teen housemates seem to be enjoying their stay in Kuya’s house. And there are still more surprises up Kuya’s sleeve. Two of the housemates discover the secret room and see some of the guardians. Who are these housemates and how did they react to this unexpected meeting? Just this afternoon all the boys were called into the confession room to give their support to Alex, who went through with his circumcision which was performed by Robi’s dad, Dr. Boy Domingo. Doc Boy had no problems with the operation and Alex completed his rite of passage into manhood in no time. However, the Alex and the boys have to keep the event a secret so they surprised the girls when they emerged from the confession room limping and wearing skirts. Mommy Minda were giving the girls cooking lessons but the sight was so hilarious that they all could not help but burst out laughing.

Mommy Minda tried hard to keep a straight face so as not to embarrass her boy. When the boys refused to reveal their task, Jieriel blurted out that summer is “tuli season” and concluded that they all went under the knife. Beauty tried to ask Mommy Minda if Alex had gone through the ritual before but the older woman wittily replied that she doesn’t remember and that girls are not asked when they had their period so as the Rebellious Beauty refrain from asking the others.

This kept the girls quiet for a while but they couldn’t contain their curiosity. They were dead set on finding out who had the operation. Priscilla asked whether they were wearing underwear since she knows that it would terribly hurt if they were. Jolas and Nan tried to convince the girls that they didn’t have any underwear on. But the smart differently-abled teen couldn’t be fooled for she saw Nan’s black underwear peeking from the skirt. Nan lamely said that it was just the belt of his lapel.

The boys continued limping around the house, holding their skirts and cringing every time they bump into something. Meanwhile, Alex tried to hide his worries by staying close to Mommy Minda. They conversed in Italian, with the young man probably wondering what would happen when the anesthesia wears off. Another cause of anxiety for Alex was the algorithm dance, which was to be presented in two days. How can he help his housemates when the healing process for his operation would take two weeks?

Jolas consoled the miserable Alex by indicating the advantage of wearing a skirt – easy and hassle free “happy pupu”. Alex chuckled at this remark but soon went back to brooding. Though he joked around with the housemates trying to hide his secret, it was pretty obvious how the pain was slowly eating him up.

The series of tasks relating to parents and random questions about his bloodline took its toll on the Promdi Hottie. The housemates couldn’t help but notice Ejay’s distraction, especially as he broke one thing after another. Yet, no one could squeeze the truth out of him; no one, that is, except Kuya. In the Confession Room, Ejay confided the truth about his parentage. Ejay knew that he was half-French, the lovechild of his mom with another man. Though not a surprise to Daddy Erning, he had no idea that his supposed first-born already knew. As much as Ejay wanted to tell the other housemates, he felt strongly about resolving the issue with his dad first. He was hesitant to tell Daddy Erning, several worries rushing through him: their relationship might change, his dad might be devastated, he may not be able to handle it… but Ejay had to put his worries aside as Daddy Erning walks in. Father and son exchange a tearful hug and Ejay was speechless, tears streaming down his face, with his father patting his back. After his revelation, Ejay assures Daddy Erning that, though not related by blood, he will always be his father and everything that he will become is for his father and siblings. In tears as well, Daddy Erning says of Ejay, with conviction: “Mahal na mahal ko siya dahil aking anak siya.”

Each one of us has to make choices, and sometimes it comes with sacrifices. The exchange for being in the PBB for housemates Robi, Rona and Jieriel was missing out on their high school graduation. Knowing they failed in the grad task, the graduation set-up surprised all housemates. Nothing could beat the surprise on the three graduates’ faces as they saw their school togas waiting for them in the storage room, nor did anyone control their tears of joy when their parents walked in the Confession Room. They marched to the activity area where the others were waiting. Bianca Gonzales was the emcee and PBB Teen Edition 2^nd Placer Mikee Lee gave a short speech on the life lessons to be learned in Kuya’s house. All three grads got special awards, given by their school’s representatives. Before the ceremony ended, they each gave out thank you’s and a speech on the value of education. Beauty, who wasn’t able to have a grad march, cried especially when Jieriel shared the moment as she placed her cap on her friend’s head. An abundance of food welcomed them as they entered the house, prepared by their guardians. Thanks to Mommy Minda and Daddy John who led the rest in preparing Italian Spaghetti.

As Kuya invites 100 boys to a Tuliang Bayan tomorrow, he wanted to make sure that Alex wanted to undergo the circumcision for himself and not because of peer pressure. Though Robi’s dad is set to perform the process, Kuya lets the boys feel that Alex would undergo the traditional “pukpok” method. What’s even more stressful for all is thinking that they themselves will do it, given the following tasks: Josef for the actual pukpok and Ejay to guide him, Kevin to help with chewing the guava leaves, and Jolas, Nan and Robi to help with post-op. Alex went to Kuya after to ask about this, but Kuya remained unmoved, reminding Alex that he did say he was doing it because he’s Pinoy.

Love is blooming inside the Big Brother house as Ejay admits to liking Valerie but gets too ‘torpe’ around her to do anything about it. His shyness to talk to the girl from Germany comes from the language barrier and the constant teasing of the housemates. Linda tried to help him out by making the two sit beside each other but as expected Ejay got too tongue-tied.

As for Alex’s worry on his upcoming circumcision, Kuya tried to encourage the young man by making Josef demonstrate the "de-pukpok tuli" usually done in the rural areas. He provided the two boys with bayabas leaves which startled Alex who was ignorant of the plant’s purpose. Instead of Alex being all nervous about the ritual, Josef was the one who expressed much agony. Fear was painted all over his face and he couldn’t keep still while Kuya gave him the instructions.

Cliques have started to form amongst the housemates and some of them feel that they don’t belong with any of the groups. Nicole said that no one sympathized with her when she was feeling really homesick and Linda admits to feeling the same. Both of the girls feel really alone and lost. Would Linda and Nicole’s revelation make them stick together?

As for the newly grads Robi, Rona and Jieriel, they were able to achieve their dream of attending their graduation ceremony. Kuya gave them his own version of the graduation ceremony in the presence of their parents, fellow housemates, school officials and teachers. It was almost like being in their real graduation and the three housemates could not express enough how grateful they are to Big Brother.
