Unfortunately, I cannot speak and understand Filipino because it’s so very difficult to find filipino language in my country, even the apparent presence of Filipinos that comprises 25% of the total population of my country. The fault is due to filipinos’ preference to English only, as their lifetime and native language. I’m a guamanian and i’m an ethnic- Chamoru, the people in guam very similar to Indo-Malays in Malaysia and Indonesia.
When it comes to penile issue, circumcision has no mediacl basis. there is no conclusive proof that circumcision prevents HIV/AIDS and other STDs. It is not the answer to cure against penile cancer. It is proven that HIV/AIDS and penile cancer is higher in the U.S.A. were 65% of males are circumcised compare to Denmark and Japan were all boys of all ages there are apparently uncircumcised, which HIV/AIDS are very low and rare and no cases of penile cancer. The only way to prevent HIV/AIDS is wear a condom before you have sexual act. The only way to prevent penile cancer is to stop smoking and drinking or abusing your body by deadly chemicals.
In fact, always 90%-94% of boys ages 0-100 years old above are confirmed uncircumcised, permanently and no wonder many women of any ages likes, very fanatic, enjoys and really loves uncircumcised cocks/dicks/penises. All women who have sexual contact with circumcised boys feels discomfort, regrets, repression and overpowered while all women who have sexual with uncircumcised boys are very satisfied, enjoy, feels fullfillment and pleasured, with high presence of freedom. The well-known uncircumcised boys of all ages are all boys from New Hemisphere, except circumcised Americans only, all Europeans, African boys, except Africans who are as bigot as pro-circumcision Filipinos, non-terrorrist in the Middle East and all boys of Asia-Pacific regions, except the Philippines, because Philippines is dominated by very ignorant and narrow-minded arrogant bigots.
Circumcision in the Philippines is done only by unnecessary reason or no reason at all. The only root cause of Filipino boys force themselves to undergo circumcision is “peer pressure” by teasing any uncut boys as “supot’(By Tagalogs) and “pisot”(by Visayans). Peer pressure was originated and invented only by the people who are highly very narrow-minded, insane, idiot, hysterical, crazy, superstitious, overeacting(OA) and overwhelming, too strict sexual morality, violent, stupid, sexually repressive and too much strict sexual censorship which lead to the Filipinos’ minds believe that all Filipino boys ages 0-100 years are circumcised and should be required to circumcised, conclusively, by unidentifying who is circumcised and who is uncircumcised. Peer pressure is still done and supported only by people who have all character/attitude that i mentioned(refers to the people who are originally invents the culture of peer pressure).

What a poor Filipinos, especially the pro-circumcision Filipinos! Circumcision is the pride of the narrow-minded Filipinos to show their rite of bigoted masculinity is the worst enemy of nearly all people in the whole Earth, always, especially by highly open-minded and liberated people. The only well-known circumcised are Osama bin Laden, Saddam Hussein, Al Qaeda terrorrist, Taliban, Somalian and Nigerian hostage takers who were the responsible of abducting Filipino crewmen, George W. Bush, Westboro church members from the U.S. who are highly and strictly anti-gays or homophobics and Cong. Benny abante of Manila. Shame to all of you, circumcised! The only well-known circumcised brings havocs and disasters to entire humankind and entire Earth. Remember, circumcision is not considered as part of the Filipino culture, anymore. Requiring to undergo circumcision so that he would become a Filipino is the most silly and idiot of all. That the real kind of brainwashing. circumcision is a norm and habit only for the people who are very narrow-minded, prejudicial, idiot, hysterical, crazy, superstitious, overeacting and overwhelming, too strict sexual morality, violence-loving, stupi, sexually repressive and overwhelmingly arrogant very super ignorant.
